Social Boss are currently looking for a creative social media manager to join our boutique Marketing and Social Media Agency located in Sydney NSW. At Social Boss, our clientele and work is diverse as we work with business owners from a variety of industries such as beauty, fashion, real estate, hospitality and more! 

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven lover of all things social media. The successful applicant will manage a range of social accounts across Instagram and Facebook which includes creative graphic designs, editing, research, reel creations,  content creation. We want you to bring your own creativity, understanding of the digital marketing landscape and creative content creation skills to execute engaging posts for our clients audiences that helps them grow their following, promote their business and keep their customers wanting more.

Part-time Social Media Manager (paid)

Internship opportunities (both unpaid and paid options)

  • * Creating engaging content for a variety of businesses

    * Preplanning social media feeds in advance with graphic creation & content editing

    * Scheduling and monitoring client content plans

    * Creating social media graphics with engaging information

    * Copywriting for social media captions

    * Assist with coordinating and implementing social media strategies & growth campaigns

    * Assist with photographing products, in house photoshoots & onsite visits to clients for content creation

    * Assist with creating, executing & monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns

    * Brand research including keeping up with clients updates and sales etc

    * Excellent level of customer service to maintain relationships with clients

  • * You are a creative individual with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetic

    * You’ll have a strong passion for social media marketing and content creating

    * Confident with the Instagram/Facebook platforms and features

    * Excellent interpersonal skills and you enjoy collaboration

    * Strong attention to detail and highly organised

    * Currently studying/recently graduated with qualification in either marketing, communications, design, advertising OR previous experience in the social media management or marketing industry

    * Extremely motivated and driven with strong time management skills

    * Experience and/or demonstrated ability in using designing graphic software such as Canva

    * Must be living in Sydney, Australia or willing to move to Sydney
